After two days, participants know how to write effective prompts and how to check where an answer comes from, and leave with prompts tested on their own data.

Effective prompts - prompt structure, pointing to sources and ready-made assistants such as Prompt Coach.
Copilot in Excel and PowerPoint - controlled data analysis, explaining formulas and presentations that follow the company template.
Copilot in Outlook and Word - thread summaries, replies based on documents and drafts with cited sources.
